Children and Public Smoking

Fifty-six percent of participants said that there are children aged 20 years and younger living in their household.

Of the 56% who said they have children, 39% reported that children living in their household “frequently” noticed cannabis/marijuana smoke in their communities (Figure 1).

Participants with children reported that 49% of their children were “very bothered” by cannabis/marijuana smoke, whereas only 21% reported that their children were “not at all” bothered by cannabis/marijuana smoke.
